For SaaS, AI and tech founders8 years in tech200+ projects with the team
Two ways to work with us
What do you need off your plate?
You might need someone to build the product. You might need a better way to reach customers. We can help with either—and connect the two when that’s what the business needs.
Dedicated development
A senior developer for your product. A team supporting the delivery.
Starting at US$40,000/year
One dedicated senior developer matched to your stack, with supporting development and project management included behind delivery.
I need to believe in your product before I help you build it.
I’m Ahsan. Over eight years in tech, my team and I have worked on more than 200 projects in Pakistan and internationally—from apps and ERP systems to marketing.
Today, we focus on SaaS, AI and tech companies. I get involved in the direction of the work, and we agree who will own the build, the communication and the next decision.
We need to believe in the product and work well together. If the fit isn’t there, I’ll say so.
More leads won’t fix a product people struggle to use. More features won’t help if the right buyers never see it. Start with what is actually holding you back.
These are starting points. We’ll look at your business before recommending the work.
01 / DISTRIBUTION
A good product that too few buyers see.
Referrals are inconsistent. The founder still drives every conversation. Acquisition doesn’t have a repeatable path.
We investigate
Who your buyers are, what you offer and how you currently reach them.
We build
A focused way to reach the right accounts, follow up and bring suitable enquiries to your team.
We measure
Conversations with suitable buyers and what happens after them.
We help you choose who to reach, what to say and where to reach them. Then we build the content, outreach and follow-up needed to turn interest into a real conversation.
Start with a channel you can run well. Add more when the evidence supports it.
Targeted outbound
Start conversations with suitable buyers.
Best fitA clear buyer profile, a considered purchase, and accounts you can identify.

01Reach suitable buyers
02Handle the enquiry
03Help them reach value
04Learn from the result
Getting attention is only the start. We also agree who handles replies, what counts as a suitable enquiry and how you’ll know the channel is worth continuing.
A product, an integration or a workflow that saves your team time. We agree the problem first, then build and test the change.
Product development
Build the product, features and onboarding your customers need to get something done.
What this includes
Product strategy, UX, SaaS platforms, APIs, and onboarding. We connect engineering decisions to the steps that help a customer get value and decide to pay.
PRODUCT & UXPLATFORMSAPIs
AI and automation
Take a useful repeat task off the team’s plate, with checks for wrong answers and failed steps.
What this includes
Retrieval, agents, workflow automation, and model operations. Each use case starts with a real task and a way to test whether the system performs it well.
AGENTS & RAGEVALUATIONAUTOMATION
Infrastructure and data
Keep the product running, connect its tools and make its information easier to trust.
What this includes
Cloud architecture, CI/CD, access controls, recovery plans, and dependable data foundations. Your team gets a system it can operate, understand, and improve.
CLOUD & DEVOPSDATAOBSERVABILITY
Billing and customer follow-up
Join up product activity, payments and follow-up so customers aren’t lost between tools.
What this includes
Connected acquisition, CRM routing, attribution, product activation, billing, and lifecycle workflows. Every handoff has an owner; every improvement has a measurable commercial purpose.
We agree what to measure before the work starts. It could be better buyer conversations, easier onboarding or fewer failed payments.
The right buyer conversations
The right buyers reach the right conversation.
Measures to agree
Suitable enquiries, booked conversations and progress toward a sale
Buyer research, outreach and follow-up
Customers getting value
More of the demand you create reaches product value.
Measures to agree
Useful first results, setup time and trial-to-paid conversion
Signup, setup and a useful first result
Customers staying and paying
Billing and retention support the next stage of MRR.
Measures to agree
Retention, payment recovery and fewer broken workflows
Billing fixes and customer follow-up
Your baseline, targets, and success criteria are agreed before the build begins.
A good working fit
We need to believe in what we’re building.
The strongest work starts with a product we believe in and a founder we can work with openly.
We can consider a partnership after delivery costs are covered. Any revenue-share arrangement is discussed separately and agreed in writing.
You can explain the product’s value.
Who it helps, what they need and why this is worth building.
We can make decisions together.
Someone on your side can share context, set priorities and review the work.
The budget supports the work.
We agree a realistic scope before you commit. If we aren’t a fit, we’ll say so.
Before you book
Good questions. Straight answers.
What actually happens in the 30-minute audit?
We talk through your product, buyers and the problem you want to solve. You leave with a practical next step. It is a first conversation; a full code, security or infrastructure review needs a separate scope.
Do you handle distribution as well as engineering?
Yes. We can help with outreach, search content, product pages, partnerships and paid acquisition where it makes sense. We choose the work around your buyers and connect interested people to your team.
Do we need to rebuild our product or change our stack?
Not automatically. We look at what you already have and whether a targeted fix will do the job. A rebuild needs a clear reason and an agreed scope.
What does an engagement cost, and how long does it take?
Scope and timing depend on the constraint and the work required. Our dedicated development engagement starts at US$40,000 per year for one dedicated senior developer with supporting development and project coordination behind delivery. This is not three independently assigned full-time hires. Each role’s hours, capacity, time-zone overlap and commercial terms are agreed in writing. Distribution and other implementation work are scoped around your situation. You review the proposal before committing.
Will the developers be shared with other client projects?
Our primary commitment is one dedicated senior developer matched to your project. Supporting development and project coordination sit behind delivery; they are not three independently assigned full-time hires. We agree role capacity, working hours, responsibilities and time-zone overlap before starting. The senior developer guides the technical work, the supporting developer contributes and the project manager coordinates delivery.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We agree who owns each part, how decisions are made and how the work fits your current team and tools.
Is $100k MRR a guarantee?
No. $100k MRR is the goal we help founders work toward. Your product, market, pricing and execution all affect the result. We commit to a defined scope and review the work against agreed measures.
Let’s talk
Tell us where you’re stuck.
Bring your product and the question you’re trying to answer. We’ll use a focused 30-minute conversation to look at the development or distribution problem and agree a useful next step toward $100k MRR.
